For many years, the high-resistance, impermeability and longevity of metal roofing systems has made them a popular roofing choice.

Description

We offer a full comprehensive range of roofing sheets in a variety of profiles including corrugated roofing sheets, inverted box ribbed sheets, tile form sheets and flat sheets in a choice of colours. The corrugated sheets, box profile sheets and flat sheets are available from 0.18mm to 0.6mm thicknesses, with the tile form roofing sheets from 0.25mm to 0.6mm. These metal sheets suitable for all types of domestic, agricultural, industrial and commercial buildings that require roof or side cladding.

The coated steel strips we make into our roof cladding are produced in accordance with a strict series of quality standards by leading suppliers, giving us traceability and quality control. All our corrugated sheets, box profile sheets, cladding and purling products have been independently tested to meet all the construction requirements for your peace of mind.

The durability of this roof cladding material is dependent on the galvanised and protective coatings directly applied to the steel cladding and roofing substrate. As a roofing sheets material, steel has long been used in building and has the added benefit of being recyclable. To produce our high-quality, pre-coated roof cladding sheets, a system of multi-layer coatings is applied to the zinc-coated, high tensile steel strip and then oven-cured to ensure optimum adhesion. This gives roofing sheets excellent corrosion resistance and climatic protection, together with abrasion resistance and a strong structure.

For our pre painted roofing material a thick smooth coating, economic to use and gives excellent weather resistance, typically 8 to 12 years to first maintenance or repaint with a life in excess of 20 years in normal environments, but only moderate resistance to scratching. This coating is available as box profile sheets, q-tiles, corrugated sheet metal and flat sheets. The pre painted steel roof cladding sheets are available in an extensive range of colours, where choice and aesthetic appeal can be matched to environmental and performance requirements. The materials feature a light grey coating on the reverse side.

The Galvanised material is coated with a protective layer of zinc, these steel roof cladding sheets are a long-lasting and low-maintenance solution, and the most cost-effective covering for your building. These are often favoured for traditional projects where coloured roofing sheets aren’t required. They are available as box profile roofing sheets and corrugated roofing, plus flat sheets that can be used to create your own flashings, or weatherproofing and lining floors and walls.

There are also other accessories which are used during roofing such as roll top ridges, valley gutters, flashing ridges, bullnosed sheets and barge boards, which we produce according the customer specifications and requirements. All the roofing or cladding materials are also cut to length according to the technical specifications provided by the client.
